Both
bikes after Mongolia were in need of some TLC. We'd
heard good things about nbs motors in Novosirbirsk and
they didn't disappoint. Alexander's very good English
was a great surprise on bettered by their well stocked
spares room. |

After
a enthusiastic welcome we set about explaining what
we needed for the bikes and whilst their head tech
set about our bikes, Alexander unbeknownst to us was
already reading our web site.
Lisa
front fork seals needed replacing and we needed to
get her inner tubes swapped out. Mongolia had really
taken a toll. |

I
needed an oil change for the 1100 and both my pannier
frame and pannier welding and repairing after the
falls of the last few weeks.
When
it came time to pay the bill, ALexander would only
charge us for the oils and tubes, for which he gave
us a discount. But he would take nothing for all the
labor. He'd not spoken to us about this and it came
as a genuine but wonderful surprise.
