Touratech Rallye Mudguard

After short rides on muddy ground the standard mudguard is covered in mud. With the RALLY Mudguard wheel clearance is increased by 2 cm. It is shorter and when used in conjunction with an additional splash guard protects the rider from being splashed with water and dirt. The mudguard is made of GFK and comes in black. It can be painted in any co lour
Fitting Instructions:

1. Remove the front wheel to expose the long retaining bolt holding the original guard in place.

2. Undo the bolt and remove the original guard.

3. When you install the new mudguard you will have to angle it with the front up as you slide it back and down. This is because the mudguard also protects the front brake assembly.

4. Locate the guard to the correct position and bolt in place.

6. Replace the front wheel. Make sure everything is tightened to the correct torque settings.
