Hand Guards
The hand guards are a must if you are even thinking
of going off-road. Having said that they're a
pretty good Idea even if your bike never leaves
the road. Lisa had a 50mph spill in the UK on
the road, she hit mud on a fast sharp right hand
bend and down she went, sliding for about 50ft
until finally ending up in a muddy verge. Luckily
she was un-injured apart from some bruises, however,
if it had not been for these excellent hand guards
things would have been worse. Without question
they saved her from a broken wrist and elbow.
They didn't even break, they just twisted and
absorbed the impact.
