Haven ridden around 300 miles in the baking heat of central Ghana, putting up the tent was the last thing we wanted to do.

Idealy we wanted some peace and quite, a good bar, a room with air-con and if possible satelite TV and a good nights sleep. Dymns Hotel in Tichimen offered the lot.
